The slides on your website move to fast and I cant read them!?

Just move your mouse over the slide it will pause the slide show and remove your mouse to resume or click the arrows to move back and forth through the slides.

Do you provide services to home users?

Generally speaking I only provide services to small and medium business, however please email me your details and I will see if I can help.

Do you provide support for our iPads or iPhones?

Yes I can support most smartphones and PDAs including iPads and iPhones.

What are your rates for onsite service?

Within 30 minutes of Mundaring my rate is $145.00 for the first hour and $110.00 per hour thereafter with a minimum fee of $145.00 (all prices are GST inclusive)

Do you provide emergency after hours service?

Yes, please use my mobile or email for after hours service.

Do you provide domain name registration and web/email hosting?

Yes, this is a core service of my business.

Can you supply and support hardware such as notebooks, workstations and servers?

Yes I am an authorised reseller of a number of popular makes including Dell, Sony and Asus.

Can you provide any computer training?

No, I am not qualified to provide any training but through my industry contacts and I can refer you to qualified and highly skilled computer trainers.

What are your trading terms?

For new clients payment is due when work is completed, for clients with an established trading history payment is due in 14 days. All hardware and software purchases of more than $500.00 inc GST are strictly Cash With Order (CWO) and all goods remain the property of Mundaring I.T. until payment is received in full.

Can you provide trade references?

Yes, please email me for details.

Can you provide support for our office network including our server and backup systems?

Yes, I can provide monthly maintenance and support for office networks including Microsoft based servers, a support agreement will be required.
